Mr. Gurley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Haywood Lane, where he is responsible for directing strategy, developing investment opportunities and capital allocation. He currently serves on the board of directors for Alta Arbor Holdings (Chairman) and Wilkerson Crane Rental.

Mr. Gurley founded Haywood Lane following over 15 years in investment banking, most recently as a Managing Director with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He was formerly a Partner and Managing Director at Blackhill Partners prior to its acquisition by Stephens Inc. He received his BA from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Luck is a Partner at Haywood Lane and leads all day-to-day operations of the Firm. He also serves as President of Alta Arbor Holdings, a leading operator of landscape products businesses.
 
Randy joined Haywood Lane in 2023 after 10 years at Bain & Company, where he guided corporate and private equity-owned clients on merger integration and post-acquisition strategy.

He received his BBA from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Ms. Tervo is a Partner at Haywood Lane, where she actively participates in underwriting new investments and oversees financial reporting and forecasting across the holding and portfolio companies. She is concurrently the senior financial officer of Alta Arbor Holdings, a portfolio company of Haywood Lane. Megan joined Haywood Lane in 2024 from the Boston Consulting Group where she primarily served in the CFO Excellence practice.

She began her career at PwC in the audit practice.She received her BSB from the University of Minnesota and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mr. Pownell is a Vice President at Haywood Lane with responsibility for managing the acquisition process for our portfolio companies. Trevor focuses on business development, target underwriting and due diligence, and execution of value creation plans. Trevor joined Haywood Lane after 5 years at Bain & Company, where he focused on private equity diligence and strategic transformation. He also serves concurrently as Vice President of Alta Arbor Holdings.

He received his BBA from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
